Make the numbers yours.
Food & beverage: enter net sales after discounts/refunds, excluding sales tax and tips. Purchase costs cover ingredients, drinks and wastage. Include kitchen/bar labor in annual staffing and other F&B expenses in operating costs—once only. Processing fees apply to all revenue. Leave sales at $0 if not offered; enter your actual cost percentages when adding sales.
Use realized revenue per booked court-hour, including rental and program revenue, but excluding membership dues. Memberships may include free play: include those occupied hours in utilization and their $0 playing revenue in the realized average. Do not count the dues twice.

Changing these controls updates the proposed outcome below and switches the top dashboard to Proposed scenario. Your current business inputs remain the comparison baseline.
Food & beverage scenario
F&B sales are independent annual assumptions; they do not automatically increase with bookings. Adjust staffing above if the scenario needs more labor.
The revenue slider changes peak and off-peak averages by the same percentage. Membership count and other costs stay constant. Demand changes are assumptions, not predictions.

Assumptions behind this report
Planning estimate based on entered figures, not audited financial statements. Stabilized annual operations; no opening ramp or seasonality. EBITDA excludes depreciation, interest, income taxes, capital spending, central overhead and franchise fees. Break-even scales the current peak/off-peak booking mix proportionally, holding each period’s revenue rate, memberships, food/beverage sales and cost rates constant. A time block above 100% makes that path infeasible. Zero bookings leave the mix undefined. F&B purchase costs exclude labor; include all labor in staffing. Sales exclude sales tax and tips. No startup funding estimate is included.
